Over more than seven years of building software for Indian manufacturers, logistics companies and B2B service firms, our founder saw the same pattern repeat: businesses invested in software their teams did not use.
The software was rarely broken. It did not fit the way these businesses worked. Generic products asked teams to change proven ways of working, and updates arrived on the vendor's schedule. Staff returned to paper, Excel and WhatsApp.
Maithil Systems was founded to understand each business first, then deliver software that fits it and stays stable for years.
